* Unified vector operations test, all combinations of vector, vector_range and... 

* Unified vector operations test, all combinations of vector, vector_range and vector_slice are now tested.
* Fixed a bad bug when using copy() with iterator interface on proxy objects.
* Copied Random.hpp from examples-folder to tests/ folder in order to make tests more self-contained.
