OpenCL: Added missing overloads for kernel arguments of type cl_char,... 

OpenCL: Added missing overloads for kernel arguments of type cl_char, cl_uchar, cl_short, cl_ushort.

This is required in order to use vector<char> and friends with OpenCL.
