Scheduler: Condensed {SCALAR|VECTOR|MATRIX_ROW|MATRIX_COL}_XZY_TYPE to XZY_TYPE. 

This separates the arithmetic precision from the mathematical object (scalar, vector, matrix)
and allows for shorter enums. Patch provided by Toby St Clere Smithe.
