Merge branch 'karlrupp/feature-improve-lanczos' 

karlrupp/feature-improve-lanczos:
 Extends interface such that also eigenvectors are computed and returned.
 Removes all uBLAS dependencies (caused problems with some CUDA/Boost combinations).
 Improves performance for partial reorthogonalization.
