Another attempt at fixing macOS TSQBX build

Matt Wala requested to merge tsqbx-macos-env-fix into tsqbx

Removing GCC and using the GCC from Homebrew may fix the problem with the dependencies.

(This is how I've been running pytential on my laptop.)
