WIP: Add SKIE's operator of Cahn-Hilliard

This adds the CahnHilliardOperator class that implements our SKIE formulation of Cahn-Hilliard equation.

Also I removed the cahn-hilliard.py from examples, as it is a better fit to be put in volumential.
