Fix test_matrix

Alexandru Fikl requested to merge fikl2/pytential:test_matrix into master

symbolic/execution.py::build_matrix still didn't like scalar input_exprs. This just fixes that and enables some tests for it.

Small TODO:

  • There were some weird Dielectric things in there that wouldn't work, so I deleted them. I can add them back, but couldn't find some code using them that actually worked.
