don't deduplicate predecessors in mapper-created duplication check 

add comment explaining use of NonUniqueDirectPredecessorsGetter

rename NonUniqueDirectPredecessorsGetter -> ListOfDirectPredecessorsGetter

make DirectPredecessorsGetter not a Mapper

fix docstrings
