Reverse Chained Connection

This basically takes the same connections array as ChainedDiscretizationConnection but transports from to_discr to from_discr.

Some caveats:

  • Probably doesn't work for an element-to-face connection.
  • Probably doesn't work for a connection with multiple groups (should work, but not tested).
