Fix some of the examples

Alexandru Fikl requested to merge fikl2/loopy:example-fixes into master

Was looking through some of the examples to get a better idea how the thing works and some of them weren't running. They all run now, but I'm not going to vouch for the actual results.

I can go through the fortan examples too, but I wasn't sure how to run them. Using the loopy command-line?
