Adjust the recursionlimit for complexity in number of inames

Dominic Kempf requested to merge adjust-scheduler-recursionlimit into master

So far, only complexity in number of instructions was taken into account. The constant is just a guess that fixes the test kernel that introduced the failure.

This fixes #78 (closed).
