Save and reload should save and reload temporaries that have base_storage

@inducer: this feature desirable for three level scan, although I think I can hack around it if it's inadvisable.

I am thinking it won't be harmful just to equivalence the temporaries by base_storage and if necessary save/reload at most a single member of the equivalence class. Do you see any issues with that?
