* CExpressionToCodeMapper: clarify precedence in map_if

Avoids warnings of the type
`warning: pocl-cache/tempfile_BYDWne.cl:96:2241: operator '?:' has lower
precedence than '*'; '*' will be evaluated first`

* fix tests

* add comment and increase precedence

* clarify comment
