Steer naming towards generalization from AB to both AB and AM methods

Changes a number of naming conventions to avoid direct reference to Adams-Bashforth methods specifically, namely for certain functions (monomial function families, etc.). This is in preparation for a generalization to IMEX Adams methods as in !38.
