gmsh generation was failing in v4.9 and couldn't find a setup
that worked in v4.8 and v4.9. Possible bug?

* Simplify WADG mass inverse

* Test mass inverse on warped geometry

* Always WADG all the time also for symbolic

* Fold test_nonaffine_mass_operator_inverse into test_mass_operator_inverse
