Fix behavior of `output_file_name` and `save_tmp_files_in`
This PR is a bug fix with regard to the options for keeping gmsh
temp files around.
The select.select
line waits for STDIN to become ready and returns STDIN when it is ready,
i.e., it does not store user's input into its return value. I misunderstood this when I first wrote the logic.
The intended behavior under user input can be verified manually with the following script:
from gmsh_interop.reader import generate_gmsh, GmshMeshReceiverBase
from gmsh_interop.runner import ScriptSource
