Fortran codegen: Create pointer aliases for all user-type subexpressions in assignment codegen

    @cory With this commit, the changes to create the pointer aliases should be complete. If these tests pass, you should be good to go:

    Thanks! This gives me modest speedup over RK4 in PlasComCM, and overall appears to be doing exactly what it advertises. We'll discuss sometime soon.
