    @mattwala FYI: This is the "list 3" bit of the split-sources-by-level changes. I'll do the list 4 one tonight. Once that's in, I'll do the data structure adjustment to allow for levels to vary in size, and that should give us a non-LF FMM. This comes with corresponding changes in sumpy and pytential.

    Scratch that--list 4 doesn't need to be split at all, since it's P2L.
