Fix typo in file-upload-form.html

Preparing for translation of RELATE, adding verbose_names and labels for model fields and form fields. Some missing help_texts are needed for correctly translation, and require confirmation by inducer.

Don't try to cache Dulwich repo instances. You'll leak file descriptors if you update often enough, and there will be tears.
