StressletKernel versus DirectionalSourceDerivative(StokesletKernel)

@inducer, @beams2: Is there any reason to have a separate StressletKernel as opposed to the normal derivative of the StokesletKernel? Similar to what we do for the single / double layer in Laplace and Helmholtz.
