Pointwise eigenvalues may be incorrect

After fixing issues (#7 (closed)) with Roe eigensystem (and introducing tests for the Roe eigensystem with general curvilinear metrics), need to ensure that the pointwise eigenvalue computation matches the Roe eigenvalue computation (better yet, use the same subroutine).

Note that the initial wavy metric data fails the pointwise eigenvalue test.
