WENO weights fail tests with tolerances corresponding to double precision

For discontinuous problems, the small WENO weights are two orders of magnitude lower than the expected weights. This is most likely a bug, but possibly has to do with how the expected weights were computed.

UPDATE: This is confirmed as a bug in the Mathematica script that generates the expected weights.
