Idea: Domain declarations in line and more versatile

Originally from #103, see there for examples.

This would supersede iname duplication (which is an ugly hack). It would also help remove syntactic distance between the domain and its usage sites. It would make us look a bit more like ALPHA, which may be a good or a bad thing.
